In addition to handling litigation and arbitration of employment-related disputes, we also advise both executives and companies on employment issues. There are, of course, a host of federal, state and local laws addressing employment and benefits issues, including ERISA, COBRA, Family Medical Leave Act, and tax laws.
We have extensive experience in drafting employment-related agreements, including employment agreements, change of control agreements, separation agreements, and employment manuals. Richard Robbins, our Managing Member, is co-author of “Model Employee Policies and Forms for Georgia Employers,” as published by the Georgia Chamber of Commerce, among other publications.
